Packaging and postage
Each item is carefully packaged and sent via Australia Post. Postage cost is based on product and product weight, and is calculated on checkout. We deliver anywhere within Australia, unfortunately international shipping is not available at this time.
- A2 prints are rolled and placed into a postal tube.
- A3/A4 prints are sealed in a plastic sleeve with backing board, and shipped flat in a rigid mailer for added protection.
- Canvas artworks are wrapped in bubble wrap, packaged in a cardboard box and labelled fragile for transit.
- Gift tag/greeting card sets are sealed in a plastic sleeve with backing board, and shipped flat.
Your order will be shipped within 3-5 work days. If there is any delay on this, we'll let you know.
Local collection
Local collection in Bathurst NSW can be arranged, simply select local pick-up at checkout or contact us to discuss prior to ordering to arrange.
Custom orders and commissions
Do you have something in mind that you can’t quite find? We can customise a lot of what you see in our store – including designs, colours or sizes – or we can create something unique and one-off to meet your needs. Please contact us to have a chat, we’d be happy to help.
Colour variations
We've made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products, however please note that some colours may appear different on various screens and devices.
Gift cards
We offer MRsista gift cards – perfect if you're looking for a last minute present! There are many denominations available, but let us know if you require a different amount. Emailed direct to you or your loved one, with no shipping charges.
Returns and replacements
We do our very best to ensure your purchase reaches you in perfect condition. If your item is damaged or faulty, we’ll happily replace if we are able to (or work out a suitable solution for one off pieces). Please email us as soon as possible after receiving the item, so we can work through the best option.
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
If you wish to exchange an item, please get in touch. Note, you will be responsible for paying return/additional shipping costs if applicable.
